About Mr. Neaven Christopher Arulraj

Mr. Neaven Christopher Arulraj is the Head of Learning & Development at CODEWORK, where he leads the strategic design and delivery of high-impact learning and capability-building initiatives. He is responsible for developing future-ready learning frameworks that bridge industry requirements with learner and organizational growth, driving measurable outcomes across programs.

In addition to this role, he holds the pivotal responsibility of Centre Head for CPLC – CODEWORK Pro Learning Centre. As Centre Head, Mr. Neaven oversees end-to-end operations, execution, and performance, ensuring operational excellence, effective program delivery, and a consistently enriching learner experience. His dual leadership role enables strong alignment between learning strategy and execution, positioning CPLC as a critical pillar within the CODEWORK ecosystem.

Prior to his leadership in Learning & Development, Mr. Neaven built a strong foundation as a Human Resource Professional, where he excelled in Human Capital Management and organization-level HR policy creation and implementation. In this capacity, he played a key role in structuring workforce strategies, developing HR governance frameworks, and implementing policies that strengthened organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance.

With a leadership style that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Mr. Neaven brings together people, processes, and performance-driven systems. His cross-functional expertise in HR, learning, and operations enables him to build scalable, sustainable talent ecosystems.
